Betty Parks

Betty Jeane Parks of Dexter, Missouri born December 15, 1939 in Rock Island, Illinois to the late Henry and Ina (Basile) Markus and passed away August 07, 2021 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri at the age of 81 years. Betty married James Parks in Las Vegas, Nevada on August 19, 1977 they were happily married until is passing on March 30, 2006. She loved to do puzzles and collecting Native American items. Betty is survived by four daughters Sarah Friewald of Illinois, Renee Morgan of Arkansas, Ann Parks of Dexter, Missouri and Eve Mason of Dexter, Missouri; twenty grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by two sons Dirk Parks and Johnny Parks. A host of family and friends also survive. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri. With Watkins and Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
