Glenda Williamson, of Puxico, Missouri, daughter of the late Robert James and Ruby Lee Scott Thomason was born in Hayti, Missouri on July 28, 1953, and passed away near Puxico on October 22, 2020, at the age of 67 years. Glenda worked for Beverly Nursing Center taking care of the elderly that needed help the most of her life, beside her children and grandchildren. Glenda married Robert Earl Williamson, on June 7, 1975 in Stoddard County, Missouri. She lived in the Stoddard County area all her life. She was an animal lover and bargain shopping Glenda is survived by her husband Robert Williamson of the home, two sons Robert Earl Williamson and James Michael Williamson both of Puxico; Ellen Wood mother of grandsons, Gabriel and Chace Williamson; one niece Michelle Adams and son Aven Adams of Fisk, Missouri; three nieces and four nephews Brian and Bradley Langston. Other family and friends survive. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one sister Brenda Gayle Vickers. Friends may visit on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri with Debbie Cassinger, officiating. Interment with be in the Missouri State Veteran's Cemetery Bloomfield, Missouri with Watkins and Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
