Leslie Alan Lankford

Leslie Alan Lankford of Bloomfield, son of the late James C. and Janet Virgin White Lankford, was born in, Texas on August 12, 1958, and passed away in the Southeast Health Center of Stoddard County in Dexter, on March 28, 2020, at the age of 61 years, 7 months and 16 days. Leslie married Teresa Ann Curd on February 17, 1996 in Delta, Missouri. He lived in Chaffee before moving to Bloomfield area, he worked was a self employed long haul trucker, and was of the Christian Faith. Surviving are his wife, Teresa Lankford of the home, one stepson Joe Davis,of Dexter; three grandchildren; two brothers, Dean Lankford of Pacific, Missouri, and David Lankford of Delta, Missouri. Other relatives and friends survive; also best friends Jadyn Davis, John Luke Davis, and Jacob Kidd of Branson. He was preceded in death by his mother and father one brother James Lankford. A Private family funeral services was held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2020, at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter, Missouri. Interment will be in the Bloomfield City Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
