Pansy P. Jones Pansy P. Jones, the daughter of the late Thomas P. and Roxie Rittenberry Davis, was born in Aid, Missouri on October 3, 1910 and passed away at the Missouri Southern Healthcare Facility in Dexter, Missouri on August 26, 2005, at the age 94 years, 10 months and 23 days. Mrs. Jones had lived in the Aid, Missouri area as a young woman and later lived in Oregon and East St. Louis, Illinois. In 1965 she moved to Dexter, Missouri and lived here until 1999 when she moved to the Gideon Care Center to live. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Bloomfield, Missouri. On April 6, 1956 she was married to Edward Allen "Al" Jones and he preceded her in death on September 20, 1992. Surviving are one sister Norma Woodiel of Cypress Point in Dexter, Missouri. A special niece and caregiver Frances and her husband Dallas Berry of Malden, Missouri. Two nephews: John and Steve Underwood of Bloomfield, Missouri. Many other nieces and Nephews also survive. Other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. Friends may call after 5:00 PM till 8:00 PM on Monday, August 29, 2005, at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 30, 2005, at 10:30 A.M. in the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri with the Rev. Cleo Payne of Gideon, Missouri and Rev. Roger Wooten of Dexter, Missouri officiating. Interment will follow in the Harper Cemetery in Aid, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
