John Edwin Mouser, Esq. John Edwin Mouser, the son of the late Neal and Minnie McDaniel Mouser, was born in St. Louis, Missouri on February 8, 1928, and passed away Salt Lake City, Utah, Missouri on June 21, 2005, at the age of 77 years, 4 months and 13 days. His valiant fight over, John succumbed to the ravages of Parkinson's disease on June 21, 2005. He bore his illness with an uncomplaining gentleness and love for those around him. His quick wit and stimulating conversations made him every ones favorite dinner guest. The practice of law in California encompassed 40 years of his adult life, leaving him well respected by his peers and business associates. Prior to that he served in the Korean conflict era ending with the rank of Captain (Ret.) in the J.A.G. Corps. He spent his formative years in Dexter, Missouri and graduated from the Dexter High School in 1946. Surviving are his wife, Ann Doreen Mouser of Salt Lake City, Utah; one son, John Keith Mouser; three daughters, Clelia Mouser, Julia Lemberg and Virginia Ames all of California; two grandchildren; one brother, Ronald Mouser of Albuqueque, New Mexico; and one sister, Neva Gressmen of Hurricane, Utah. Other relatives and friends also survive. A visitation and celebration of John Mouser's life will begin at 11:00 A.M., with visitation to follow, on Thursday, July 14, 2005, at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri. All family and friends are invited to share their many wonderful memories of John's life.
