William Darrol Rampley, the son of the late Joseph and Blanche Duff Rampley, was born in Bell City, Missouri on August 28, 1935, and passed away at the Lindley Health Care in Newport, Arkansas on March 25, 2009, at the age of 73 years.
Mr. Rampley had worked in St. Louis, Missouri before moving to Arkansas. He was a farmer, enjoyed hunting fishing and just being outdoors. He was baptisted as a young man and was a veteran of the U. S. Army.
He was married to Viginia Miles and she preceded him in death.
Surviving are one daughter, Lisa Honey of Newport, Arkansa, three granddaughers, Katlin, Amy & Aliesha Newberry; one brother, Willard Rampley of Mustang, Oklahoma; three sisters, June Cooke of Hernando, Mississippi, JoAnn Howerton of Springfield, Missouri and Jean Bechel of Chino Hill, California. Other relatives and many friends survive to mourn her passing.
Friends may call on Friday, March 27, 2009, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2009, at 2:00 PM in the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri with Bro. Kenneth Gaines of Bloomfield, Missouri officiating.
Interment will be in the Oak Ridge Cemetery near Bloomfield, Missouri with Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
