Wilburn F. "Bill" Clark, son of the late George and Julia Anna Hall Clark, was born in Puxico, Missouri on June 13, 1919, and passed away at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Missouri on March 13, 2013, at the age of 93 years.
He was a life long resident of the Puxico area. He attended the First General Baptist Church in Puxico and the Mingo Saddle Club. He was an avid horseman, enjoyed camping, church and being with family and friends.
On November 29, 1973, he was married to Geneva McLean in Puxico, Missouri.
Surviving are his wife, Geneva Clark of Puxico, Missouri; two sons and wife, Billy & Elaine Clark and Johnny Clark all of Puxico; two daughters and husbands, Peggy & Melvin Williamson of Potosi, Patsy & Richard Spinner of Lansing, Iowa; one stepdaughter, Dianna Harmon of Puxico; 15 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren. Other family and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters.
Visitation will be held on Friday March 15, 2013, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the First General Baptist Church in Puxico, Missouri.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday March 16, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. at the First General Baptist Church in Puxico, Missouri with Rev. Jimmy Clark of Puxico and Rev. Kenneth Lambert of Bloomfield officiating.
Interment will follow at the Puxico Cemetery in Puxico, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Puxico is in charge of arrangements.
