Walter Tilley

Walter Junior Tilley, son of the late Walter Tilley and Lydia Lucresia Elledge Vonruedgisch, was born on August 6, 1940, in Bloomfield, Missouri and passed away at his home in Bolivar, Missouri on March 13, 2012, at the age of 71 years, 7 months and 7 days. Mr. Tilley had lived Bloomfield, Missouri most of his life. He had worked as a salesman for Haque Quality Water Conditioning. He attended the First General Baptist Church in Bloomfield, Bloomfield Masonic Lodge #153 and the Bloomfield American Legion. On June 26, 1966, he was married to Nancy Gaines in Idalia, Missouri. Surviving are his wife, Nancy Tilley of Bolivar, Missouri, two sons & spouses, Michael Tilley & Hui-Ling Chan of Fayette, Missouri, David & Kim Tilley of Bolivar, Missouri; four grandchildren, Jaren, Jaeli, Lydia, and Sophia Tilley. Other relatives and many friends also survive. Friends may visit at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday March 18, 2012, at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday March 18, 2012, at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri with Rev. Kevin Eskew of Bloomfield, Missouri officiating. Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri in charge of all arrangements.
