Thomas Edgar Clubb Sr.

Thomas Clubb Sr. of Puxico, son of Odis and Martha VanMatre Clubb, was born in McGee, Missouri on March 13, 1938, and passed away at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau on December 12, 2020, at the age of 82 years. He was a heavy equipment operator for Nip Kelley construction company. Thomas was a member of the General Baptist Church in Puxico. He enjoyed coon hunt and woodworking. Surviving are wife, Patsy Clubb of Puxico; three sons Thomas (Melba) Clubb Jr. of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Dan (Kim) Clubb of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and Jim (Deanna) Clubb of Puxico, Missouri; two daughters Susie (Jerry) Gowen of McGee, Missouri, and LeeAnn (Johnny) Juarez of Kingland, Texas; twelve grandchildren and several great grandchildren; two sisters Veda Elledge of Poplar Bluff, Missouri and Lela (John) Arena of Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Many other relatives and friends survive. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and one sister. Visitation will be held on Friday December 18, 2020 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the General Baptist Church on Cemetery Road in Puxico. Graveside services will be held on December 18, 2020 in the Puxico City Cemetery at 12:30 pm with Kenneth Lambert of Bloomfield, officiating with Watkins and Sons Funeral Service of Puxico will be in charge of all arrangements.
