Theresa Kirkman

Theresa Kirkman Theresa Kirkman, daughter of the late Carl and Minnie Fulkerson Vance, was born in Owensboro, Kentucky on April 14, 1924, and passed away at her daughters home in Essex, Missouri on February 25, 2010, at the age of 85 years, 10 months and 11 days. She had lived in Owensboro, Kentucky before moving to Essex, Missouri two years ago. She was a member of the Bellview Baptist Church in Owensboro, Kentucky. Surviving are five sons: Gene Easler of Villa Ridge, Missouri, James Easler of St. Petersburg, Florida, Matt Easler of St. Peters, Missouri, Steve Easler of Pocahontas, Illinois and Tim Easler of St. Charles, Missouri. One daughter: Peggy Huckstep of Essex, Missouri. Twenty grandchildren; Twenty-five great grandchildren. Two brothers: Massie Fulkerson of Owensboro, Kentucky and WA Fulkerson of Owensboro, Kentucky. One sister: Maggie Allison. Other relatives and friends survive. She was preceded in death by two sons Donny and Doug Easler, one brother Cary Fulkerson and a grandson Little Tommy. Visitation will be Friday, February 26, 2010, after 10:00 AM at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter. Services will be held Friday, February 26, 2010, at 11:00 AM in the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter with Rev. Ronald Ledbetter officiating. Interment will be in the Essex Cemetery in Essex, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
