Theral "Tubie" Vanover, son of the late R. V. and Trecie Latham Vanover, was born in Sikeston, Missouri on August 24, 1954, and passed away in Memphis, Tennessee on November 3, 2014, at the age of 60 years, 2 months and 10 days.
He had lived in the Puxico area most of his life and was a 1973 graduate of Puxico High School. He was an over the road truck driver and was a member of the Puxico Masonic Lodge #596.
Surviving are two daughters & husbands, Tonya & Darrin Woolard of Puxico, Wendy & Mark O'Kelley of Poplar Bluff; one son, Eddie Vanover of Wappapello; three grandchildren, Seth and Tori O'Kelley and Sara Woolard. Other family and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Vernon, Olen and Edward Vanover, and two sisters in infancy, Barbara and Vereda.
Visitation will be held on Friday November 7, 2014, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Puxico, Missouri.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday November 8, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Puxico, Missouri with the Rev. Dennis Doublin of Puxico officiating.
Interment will follow in the Puxico Cemetery in Puxico, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Puxico in charge of arrangements.
