Steve Hagy

Steve Douglas Hagy, the son of Carrol LeRoy Hagy and Jeanette Allen Hagy, was born in St. Louis, Missouri on January 30, 1961, and passed away at the Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter, Missouri on January 24, 2010, at the age of 48 years, 11 months and 25 days. Mr. Hagy had lived in the Sullivan, Missouri area for many years and moved to Dudley, Missouri one year ago. He was of the Baptist faith. Surviving are two sons, Brad Hagy of Cuba, Missouri, Earl Bounds of Granite City, Illinois; two daughters, Naomi Wilkins of Arnold, Missouri, Amanda Hagy of Cuba, Missouri; his parents, Carrol Hagy of Dexter, Missouri and Jeanette Allen Hagy of Fisk, Missouri; ten grandchildren; one brother, Joe Hagy of Wyoming, Michigan; two sisters, Rose McDowell of Poplar Bluff, Missouri and Ruth Cole of Dexter, Missouri. Other relatives and many friends also survive. He was preceded in death by one son, Steven Hagy. Friends may visit after 5:00 PM on Tuesday, January 26, 2010, at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri. Memorial Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 26, 2010, at 7:00 PM at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter, Missouri with the Rev. Danny Collins of Qulin, Missouri officiating. Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
