Savannah Brooke Snider, daughter of Stan Snider and Sheila Fuwell, was born in Sikeston, Missouri on September 18, 1986, and passed away at the St. Louis Children's Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri on January 29, 2006, at the age of 19 years, 4 months and 11 days.
She had lived in Dexter, Missouri most of her life. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Dexter, Missouri. She graduated from Dexter High School and had been a member of the Student Council, Rowdy Gals, and the FTA. She was a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Surviving are her mother, Sheila Fuwell of Dexter, Missouri; her father, Stan Snider of Dexter, Missouri; three brothers, Jeremy Royce Snider of Dexter, Missouri; Jake Cox of Dexter, Missouri, Matthew Snider of Sikeston, Missouri; one sister, Kim Essner of Dexter, Missouri; maternal grandparents, Bufford & Bernadette Fuwell of Bloomfield, Missouri; paternal grandparents, Jerry & Gwen Snider of Dexter, Missouri; maternal great grandmother, Rose Lucas of Bloomfield, and paternal great grandmother, Winnie Spickelmier of Essex, Missouri. Other relatives and many friends also survive.
Friends may call from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, February 1, 2006, at the First Baptist Church in Dexter, Missouri.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 2, 2006, at the First Baptist Church in Dexter with the Rev. Mark Threadgill of Eureka, Missouri and the Rev. Tim Russell of Dexter, Missouri officiating.
