Sammie Nicholson

Sammie Brown Nicholson Sammie Brown Nicholson, son of Mildred Brown Nicholson, and the late Albert Nicholson, was born in Charleston Missouri, on December 19, 1941, and passed away in Walls Mississippi, on December 10, 2011, at the age of 69 years. He was of the Methodist Faith. On February 20, 1981, he was married to Eloise Christian in Abbeville, Louisiana. Surviving is his wife Eloise Nicholson of Walls, Mississippi. One daughter: Mary Ann Moyer of Sikeston, Missouri, one son Scott Nicholson of Florida, and one stepson Tony Roper of Dexter Missouri. Seven grandchildren. Other relatives and many friends also survive. He was preceded in death by one sister: Joyce Kirkpatrick and one daughter Gail Nicholson who died in infancy. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 13, 2011, after 10:00 AM at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri. Funeral services will be held Tuesday December 13, 2011, at 11:00 PM at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter, Missouri with Rev. Kenneth Biggs of Dexter, Missouri officiating. Burial will be in the Hagy Cemetery in Dexter, Missouri. Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
