Roland Appleton

Roland Glenn Appleton, the son of Roland Appleton and Della Patterson Graham, was born in Dexter, Missouri on January 12, 1961, and passed away at his home in Morehouse, Missouri on November 15, 2008, at the age of 47 years, 10 months and 3 days. Mr. Appleton had lived in the Dexter and Morehouse areas all his life. He had worked as a concrete finisher and as in land grading. He was of the pentecost religion. Surviving are one son, Conner Appleton of Morehouse, Missouri; two daughters, Krystal Appleton and Kimberly Allen both of Sikeston, Missouri; three grandchildren, Tray Rapert, Tressa Appleton and Preston Appleton all of Sikeston, Missouri; his mother and step-father, Della and Dale Graham of Morehouse, Missouri; his father and step-mother, Roland and Peggy Appleton of Bertrand, Missouri; two brothers, Larry and Jerry Appleton both of Morehouse, Missouri. Other relatives and friends also survive. Friends may visit on Monday November 17, 2008, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2008, at 10:00 AM at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter, Missouri with the Rev. Jimmy Vent of Morehouse, Missouri and the Rev. Ronnie Ledbetter of Essex, Missouri officiating. Interment will follow in the Hagy Cemetery in Dexter, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
