Richard Allen Greene

Richard A. Greene, the son of Charlotte K. Lawrence Greene and the late Rev. Charles Greene, was born in Lucedale, Mississippi on June 26, 1967, and passed away at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri on March 28, 2006, at the age of 39 years, 9 months and 2 days. Richard had lived in Southeast Missouri the past twenty-five years. Surviving are two daughters, Ashley Nicole Greene and Meagan Elizabeth Greene both of Dexter, Missouri; his mother, Charlotte K. Greene of Bloomfield, Missouri; two brothers, Gordon Greene of Dexter, Missouri, Darrin Greene of Bloomfield, Missouri; one sister, Suzanne Frye of Cumberland, Maryland. Other friends and relatives also survive. He was preceded in death by one sister, Cynthia Kozora, and two brothers, Dennis and Charles Greene. Friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday, March 31, 2006, at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 1, 2006, at 10:00 AM at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter, Missouri with Watkins and Sons Funeral Service of Dexter, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
