Peggy Louise Russell, the daughter of the late Arthur and Clida Davis Halbrook, was born in Blytheville, Arkansas on June 23, 1941, and passed away at the Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter, Missouri on July 19, 2006, at the age of 65 years and 26 days.
Mrs. Russell had worked as an CNA at the Walls Hospital in Blytheville, Arkansas and had lived the past several years in Dexter. She was of the Baptist Faith.
She was married to Alvin William Russell in Blytheville, Arkansas and he preceded her in death in 1985.
Surviving are one son, Raymond McFall of Ward, Arkansas; three daughters, Tina Lane and Lisa Russell both of Dexter, Missouri, Cindy McFall of Austin, Texas; five grandchildren; one great grandchild; two brothers, Charles Halbrook of Wisconsin, Buddy Halbrook of Washington; one sister, Betty Bates of Oakcreek, Wisconsin. Other relatives and many friends also survive. She was preceded in death by one sister in infancy, Wilma Halbrook, and two brothers, Teddy and Bobby Halbrook.
There are no services scheduled, Watkins and Sons Funeral Home of Dexter, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
