Orvilla June Altis

Orvilla June Altis, the daughter of the late Orvil and E. Gladys Spear Townsend, was born in Puxico, Missouri on June 16, 1935, and passed away at the Puxico Nursing Center in Puxico, Missouri on October 7, 2006, at the age of 71 years, 3 months and 21 days. She had lived in Puxico, Missouri most of her life. She was married to Wright Altis and he preceded her in death. Surviving are two sisters, Joyce Moore of Puxico, Missouri and Rita Mantel of Chaffee, Missouri. Other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by one brother, Harold Townsend and one sister, Lois Townsend. There are no services scheduled at this time.
