Norma Blankenship
Norma Blankenship, the daughter of the late John and Mertie Miller Lynn, was born in Campbell, Missouri on August 13, 1912, and passed away in the National Health Care Center in St. Charles, Missouri on February 17, 2005, at the age of 92 years, 6 months and 4 days.
On June 30, 1937, she was married to J. C. Blankenship, he preceded her in death on March 25, 1988.
Mrs. Blankenship had lived in Dexter since 1946 and moved to St. Charles nineteen months ago. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Dexter, Missouri.
She is survived by one daughter: Mildred Borders of St. Charles, Missouri, three grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. Many other relatives and friends also survive.
Friends may call at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter on Sunday, February 20, 2005, from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 20, 2005, at 2:00 P.M. in the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter, Missouri with the Rev. James Black of Malden, Missouri assisting.
Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Campbell, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
