Nadine Teeters

     Nadine Teeters of Circle City, Missouri, daughter of the late Jessie and Ailey (Aegan) Horn was born on October 21, 1940, in Strawberry, Arkansas,  and went to be with the Lord on November 13, 2023, at the age of 83. 
     She lived in the Stoddard County area most of her life and worked in nursing as a CNA. Nadine was member of the Church Of Christ. She enjoyed reading, and spending time with her family, especially trying to do what grandmothers do best by spoiling her grandchildren. Nadine never met a stranger.    
     Nadine  was  married to the love of her life Ora Teeters on March 1, 1960  in Holcomb, Missouri, and remained married until the time of his passing in 2007.
     Nadine is survived by two sons, Joey and wife Teresa Teeters and Jerry Teeters both of Circle City; one daughter, Tammy and Glen Richard of Centerville, Louisiana; nine grandchildren;  and six great-grandchildren; two brothers, Jessie Horn of Dexter, Missouri, Terry Horn of Jacksonville, Florida;  a close personal friend, Sue Barnett; as well as a host of family and friends.          
     Nadine  was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one daughter, Patricia Ann Teeters; three brothers, Herman, John and Bob Horn; four sisters, Lana Spencer, Shirley Smith, Wilda Menley, Neal Durban, and Nina Williamson.  
     Visitation will be held on Monday, November 20, 2023,  from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Chapel        In Dexter, Missouri, with the funeral service at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Charles Robertson of Bloomfield officiating.
     Interment will follow at the Piggott Cemetery in Piggott, Arkansas with Watkins And Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
