Mary Lou Teel
Mary Lou Teel, the daughter of the late Harvey and Aureola Baun Dunn, was born in Illmo, Missouri on February 19, 1927 and passed away at the St. Luke's in Chesterfield, Missouri on October 23, 2009 at the age of 82 years.
Mrs. Teel had lived in the Essex area before moving to St. Louis many years ago. She was a proud homemaker and wife. She was of the Assembly of God Faith.
On December 24, 1948 she was married to Delbert Lewis Teel in Sikeston, Missouri he preceded her in death on July 25, 1994
Surviving are four sons: Delbert Teel II of Charlotte, North Carolina, Dennis Teel of Indian Trail, North Carolina, Douglas Teel of Florissant, Missouri and David Teel of Roy, Utah. Two daughters: Lana Clary of Stallings, North Carolina and Lewisa Andringa of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Sixteen Grandchildren and fourteen Great Grandchildren. Four Brothers: Harold Dunn of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, James Dunn of St. Peters, Missouri, Phillip Dunn of Huston, Texas and Bill Dunn of St. Charles, Missouri. Two sisters: Betty Ann Norton of Atlanta, Texas and Wilma Williamson of Dexter, Missouri. Other relatives and friends also survive. She is preceded in death by one son: Victor Teel, One brother: David Teel and two grandchildren.
Friends may call on Sunday, October 25, 2009, 5:00 PM till 8:00 PM at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 26, 2009, at 10:00 AM in the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter, Missouri with the Rev. Glenn Grahm of St. Louis, Missouri officiating.
Interment will be in the Essex Cemetery in Essex, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
