Mary Morris

Mary Lois Morris, the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Wyman Payne, was born in Stoddard County, Missouri on May 21, 1937 and passed away at Missouri Southern Health Care in Dexter, Missouri on March 1, 2008, at the age of 70 years, 10 months and 11 days. Mrs. Morris grew up in St. Louis and moved to Dexter fourteen years ago. She worked for US Poly as an inspector. She was a member of the Dexter Eagles Lodge. She was of the Baptist Faith. In 1952 she was married to Donald Morris in St. Louis, Missouri he preceded her in death. Surviving are her: Daughter: Joanie Clark of Dexter, Missouri. Two sons: Mike and Don Morris both of Dexter. Three sisters: Polly Tominski of St. Louis, Missouri, Mabel Neal of Poplar Bluff, Missouri and Donald Payne of Farmington, Missouri. Other relatives and many friends also survive. She was preceded in death by one son: Ronald Morris, one brother: Bill Payne and one granddaughter: Rochelle Clark. Friends may call after 5:00 PM till 8:00 PM on Tuesday March 4, 2008 at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter Missouri. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 5, 2008, at 10:00 AM at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home In Dexter, Missouri with Pastor Scott Sutton of Sikeston, Missouri officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethlehem Cemetery in Bellfountain, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
