Mary Bostic

Mary Bostic, daughter of the late Willie and Lillian Henson Cox, was born on July 10, 1931, in Kewanee, Missouri and passed away at her son's home in Bloomfield, Missouri on April 9, 2012, at the age of 80 years, 8 months and 30 days. Mary had worked at Elder's Manufacturing in Bloomfield as a presser. She had spent four years in California and all the rest of her life in Bloomfield. She attended the Beech Grove General Baptist Church. She was married to Floyd Bostic in Sikeston, Missouri. He preceded her in death on April 14, 2002. Surviving are three sons, Dale Bostic and Farrell Bostic both of Bloomfield, Missouri, Darrell Bostic of Marble Hill, Missouri; eleven grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren; and one sister, Frances Bostic of Bloomfield, Missouri . Other relatives and many friends also survive. She was preceded in death by four brothers. Friends may visit on Wednesday April 11, 2012, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri. Funeral services will be held on Thursday April 12, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri with Rev. Micha Bristo of Marble Hill, Missouri officiating. Interment will be in the Bloomfield Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri in charge of all arrangements.
