Marvin Gilbee

Marvin Leroy Gilbee, son of the late Cleo and Edna Gilbee, was born on May 14, 1941, in McDougar, Arkansas and lost his battle to cancer at his home in Overland, Missouri July 13, 2013, at the age of 72 years. He was married to Mary Goad. Surviving are his wife, Mary Gilbee of Overland; one daughter and husband, Tonya & John Charlton of Overland; three sons and wife, David Goad and Terry Goad both of Overland, Mark & Sherry Goad of Union, Missouri; one brother and wife, Odis & Norma Gilbee of Marmaduke, Arkansas; seven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. Many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death his sister, Adavee Pillows. Friends may visit on Tuesday July 16, 2013, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday July 16, 2013, at 12:30 p.m. at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield. Interment will be in the Walker Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.
