Linda Gail Powell

Linda Gail Powell of Bernie, daughter of the late Dale and Carol Mason Lawrence, was born in Sikeston, Missouri on August 2, 1956, and passed away at her home in Bernie, Missouri on June 29, 2016, at the age of 59 years, 10 months and 27 days. Linda had lived in Bernie most of her life. She had worked as a C.N.A. at the Bloomfield Nursing Home and in home health. She was a member of the Bernie Assembly of God Church. On August 24, 1992, she was married to Charles Henry Powell in Bernie, Missouri. Surviving are her husband, Charles H. Powell of Bernie, Missouri. Many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends also survive. Friends may visit on Tuesday, July 5, 2016, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter with services to be held at 7:00 p.m., Rev. Steve Kirkpatrick of Bernie, Missouri will officiate. Private interment will be at a later date in the Dudley Cemetery in Dudley, Missouri. Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri in charge of all arrangements.
