Laura Mae Browning
Laura Mae Browning, daughter of the late James and Etta Bell Massey Daniels was born in Kinder, Missouri on November 2, 1934, and passed away on February 12, 2010, at the age of 75 years, 2 months and 10 days.
She had lived in the Kinder, Missouri area most of her life. She most enjoyed Quilting, working her garden, cooking for family and fishing.
On January 2, 1951, she was married to Hubert P. Browning in Marble Hill, Missouri. He preceded her in death on December 3, 2009.
Surviving are one son and daughter in law, Darrell and Georgeann Browning of Puxico, Missouri; one daughter and son in law, Judy and Darrel Allen of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; four grandchildren, Jason and Shelli Allen, Darren Allen, Miles and Chasity Browning, and Amanda and Cameron Jones; and three great-grandchildren, Kerigan Jones, Savannah Allen, Destiny Allen. One brother: Lonnie Daniels of Troy, Missouri. Five sisters: Betty McLeary of Moscow Mills, Missouri, Bonnie Lewis of Puxico, Missouri, Irene Robertson of Troy, Missouri, Vera Alberternst of Moscow Mills, Missouri and Hazel Christenson of Sunset, Utah. She was Preceded in death by five brothers: Virgle, James Robert, Clelan, Leslie and Donald Edward Daniels. One sister: Judy Gail Daniels. Other relatives and friends survive.
Visitation will be Sunday, February 14, 2010, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Puxico.
Services will be held Monday, February 15, 2010, at 10:00 AM in the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Puxico with the Rev. Ray Placher of Puxico, Missouri officiating.
Interment will be in the Fagan Cemetery in Puxico, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Puxico in charge of arrangements.
