Larry Payne

Larry Allen Payne, son of James Oscar Payne and Barbara Sue Scott Belt, was born in Sikeston, Missouri on September 16, 1968, and passed away in Dexter, Missouri on January 9, 2013, at the age of 44 years. He had lived most of his life in Dexter. He was of Baptist faith. On June 22, 2000, he was married to Debra Jean Hahs in Chester, Illinois. Surviving are his wife; Debra Payne of Effingham, Illinois; two sons: Austin Gary Payne and Gage Andrew Tyler Payne, both of Effingham, Illinois; his mother, Barbara Belt of Dexter, Missouri; two brothers, Kenny Payne of Blythville, Arkansas and Jimmy Payne of Bowling Green, Missouri; Other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by one sister, Rhonda Payne. Visitation will be Sunday, January 13, 2013, from 5:00-8:00 PM at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Chapel in Dexter, Missouri. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 14, 2013, at 12:00 PM at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri. Interment will be in the Hagy Cemetery in Dexter, Missouri with Rev. Kenneth Biggs of Dexter, Missouri officiating with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
