Larry Gaines

Larry Dale Gaines, the son of Lonnie Joe Gaines and Jackie Randleman Gaines, was born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri on January 31, 1970, and passed away at Missouri Southern Healthcare in Dexter, Missouri on September 10, 2008, at the age of 38 years, 7 months and 10 days. Mr. Gaines had lived in the Southeast Missouri area all his life and had lived in Dexter for several years. He enjoyed fishing and deer hunting. In October of 1999, he was married to Carolyn Frazier in Puxico, Missouri. Surviving are his wife Carolyn Gaines of Dexter, Missouri; his parents, Lonnie Joe Gaines of Wappapello, Missouri, Jackie Gaines of Puxico, Missouri, his maternal grandparents, Jack and Edith Randleman of McGee, Missouri; two brothers, Joey Gaines and Jason Gaines both of Puxico, Missouri. Other relatives and friends also survive. Friends may call on Friday, September 12, 2008, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Puxico, Missouri. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2008, at 10:00 AM in the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Puxico, Missouri with Matt Mitchell of Poplar Bluff, Missouri officiating. Interment will be in the Brown Cemetery near Puxico, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Puxico, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
