Kenneth Richter

Kenneth Edward Richter, son of the late Edward and Alice Zorn Richter, was born in Steelville, Missouri on March 12, 1927, and passed away at Christian Health & Rehab Center in Lebanon, Missouri on October 21, 2013, at the age of 86 years, 7 months and 9 days. He had lived in Steelville and Poplar Bluff before moving to Lebanon 13 years ago. He had worked at Brown Shoe Company and was a member of the Presbyterian Church. On February 17, 1989, he was married to Edna Stinnett in Steelville, Missouri. She preceded him in death on February 5, 2000. Surviving are two daughters, Karen Swartz of Pleasant Hope, Michigan, Sharron Brown of Ellsinore, Missouri; three sons, Leon Gregory of West Plains, Missouri, Dona nd Ron Gregory both of Lebanon, Missouri; 15 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and one brother, Curtis Richter. Other family and friends also survive. There are no services scheduled at this time. Interment will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
