Kenneth J. Morgan

Kenneth Morgan, the son of Thelma Fish Morgan and the late John Morgan, was born in Arab, Missouri on April 22, 1933, and passed away at the Puxico Nursing and Rehab Center in Puxico, Missouri on July 23, 2006, at the age of 73 years, 3 months and 1 day. Mr. Morgan had lived in the Puxico, Missouri area all his life. He was a retired logger and sawmill worker and had been a maintenance worker for the Puxico Public Schools for thirteen years. He was a member of the Mingo Saddle Club and the Brush Creek Baptist Church in Arab, Missouri. He enjoyed horse back riding. On June 11, 1954, he was married to Laverne Noce. Surviving are his wife, Laverne Morgan of rural Puxico, Missouri; one daughter, Ruth Ann Morgan of Dudley, Missouri; his mother, Thelma Morgan of Arab, Missouri; and one brother, Donald Morgan of Zalma, Missouri. Other relatives and many friends also survive. Friends may call after 6:00 PM on Tuesday, July 25, 2006, at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Puxico, Missouri. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 26, 2006, at 10:00 A.M. at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Puxico, Missouri with the Rev. Ronnie Winchester of Brownwood, Missouri officiating. Interment will be in the George Cemetery in Leora, Missouri. Watkins and Sons Funeral Home of Puxico, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
