Joanne Jarrell

Joanne O. Jarrell, daughter of the late Otto and Cora O. Heflin Fletcher, was born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri on March 11, 1942, and passed away at her home near Bloomfield, Missouri on July 5, 2012, at the age of 70 years, 3 months and 24 days. She had lived in the Bloomfield, Missouri area most of her life. On April 15, 1960, she was married to Billy G. Jarrell in Bloomfield, Missouri. Surviving are two sons, Tony Gene Jarrell of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Billy Joe Jarrell of Bloomfield, Missouri; one daughter, Penny L. Johnson of Bloomfield, Missouri; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren; one brother, Dennis Fletcher of Dexter, Missouri. Other relatives and friends also survive. Visitation will be held Monday, July 9, 2012, after 10:00 a.m. at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 9, 2012, at 12:00 p.m. at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter, Missouri with the Rev. Don Cox of Poplar Bluff, Missouri officiating. Interment will be in the Hagy Cemetery in Dexter, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
