J. D. Davis, son of the late Tom and Margaret Hilderbrand Davis, was born in Bloomfield, Missouri on July 7, 1950, and passed away at his home in Bloomfield, Missouri on April 16, 2015, at the age of 64 years, 8 months and 30 days.
He had lived in Bloomfield most of his life. He was a member of the Eagles Aerie in Dexter, Missouri and had worked as a railroad foreman and lineman.
On September 26, 1970, he was married to Carolyn Sue Myers in Dexter, Missouri. She survives in the home.
Surviving are his wife, Carolyn Davis of Bloomfield, Missouri; one daughter Bobbie Blevins of Bloomfield; two sons, Anthony "Tony" Davis and Kenneth "Mike" Davis both of Bloomfield; four grandchildren, Brent Davis, Sean Conyers, Jeana Conyers and Maykayla Blevins; and one great grandson, Drace Conyers. Many other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by one son, Edward Davis. Memorial Services are being planned for a later date.
