Ivalene Wright

Ivalene Lucille Wright, the daughter of the late George Albert and Molly Bertha Thompson Collier, was born in Brilliant, Alabama on March 2, 1934, and passed away at the Life Care Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri on March 1, 2008, at the age of 73 years, 11 months and 28 days. Mrs. Wright had lived most of life in Malden and Dexter and had made her home in Scott City, Missouri the past several years. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Dexter. In 1996 she was married to Marion Wright. Surviving are her husband, Marion Wright of Scott City, Missouri; one brother, Mark Collier of Florence, Alabama. Other relatives and many friends also survive. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Harlen Collier, Marvin Collier, Bud Collier, Dale Collier and one sister, Mamie Buhl. There are no services scheduled at this time. Interment will follow at a later date in the Hagy Cemetery in Dexter, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Parma, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
