Ina Roberts

Ina Belle Roberts, daughter of the late Herbert Monroe and Bertha Ethel Cunningham Causbie, was born in Ash Flat, Arkansas on November 10, 1922, and passed away at the Dyersburg Manor in Dyersburg, Tennessee on May 27, 2010, at the age of 87 years, 6 months and 17 days. She had lived in Wappapello, Missouri for many years and moved away in 2007. She was a member of the Lakeland Assembly of God Chruch in Wappapello, Missouri. On December 15, 1945, she was married to Robert Raymond Roberts in Dexter, Missouri. He preceded her in death on July 7, 2000. Surviving are one son, Sonny Roberts of Godfrey, Illinois; two daughters, Linda Downs of Wappapello, Missouri, Carol Hutchinson of Madison, Florida; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two sisters, Tressie Aline Logan of Bernie, Missouri and Neva Jane Young of Dexter, Missouri. Other relatives and friends survive. She was preceded in death by one brother, Orvis Monroe Causbie. Visitation will be Saturday, May 29, 2010, after 11:00 AM at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter. Services will be held Saturday, May 29, 2010, at 1:00 PM in the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter with the Rev. Alvin Haynes of Wappapello, Missouri officiating. Interment will be in the Dexter Cemetery in Dexter, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
