Imogene Jones

Imogene Jones, daughter of the late Benjamin Leslie and Myrtle Mae White Morgan and wife of the late Shelby F. Jones, was born in Judsonia, Arkansas on May 7, 1923, and passed away at the Pacific Care Center in Pacific, Missouri on April 24, 2013, at the age of 89. She had lived most of her life in Parma, Missouri. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by one son, Harold Wayne Jones; surviving are two daughters, Shelby Vishy of Catawissa, Missouri, M. Carol Robinson of High Ridge, Missouri; 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; one brother, R. H. Morgan of Parma, Missouri. Other family and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Benjamin L. and Eugene Morgan, and three sisters, Eleatha Rackley, Ruth A. Jines and Ella Rackley. Graveside services will be held on Saturday April 27, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. at the Malden Memorial Park Cemtery in Malden, Missouri with Bro. Bud Mayes officiating. Interment to follow with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Parma in charge of arrangements.
