Herbert Cleo Rhine
Herbert Cleo Rhine, the son of Elsie Bolden Rhine and the late Cleo "Joe" Rhine, was born in Mt. Clements, Michigan on August 18, 1949, and passed away at his home in Bloomfield, Missouri on August 18, 2005 at the age of 56 years.
Mr. Rhine was a carpenter and had lived in Bloomfield all of his life. He was a member of the Eagles Aerie and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War where he was highly decorated.
Surviving are his mother, Elsie Rhine of Dexter, Missouri; two brothers, Joe B. Rhine of Dexter, Missouri , Jamie Paul Rhine of Fort Branch, Indiana; three sisters, Geneie Snyder of Dexter, Missouri, Mary Virginia Horkey of Rapid City, South Dakota and Peggy Norma Hughey of Olathe, Kansas. Other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by one son: Ricky Allen Rhine in 2001.

Military Graveside services will be held on Friday, August 26, 2005, at 2:00 P.M. at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with the Rev. Karen Oldham of Dexter, Missouri officiating.
Interment will follow in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with the Stoddard County Veteran's Honor Team conducting military services.
