Hazel Mae Patrick

Hazel Mae Patrick of Bloomfield, daughter of the late William Eli and Mary Elizabeth Lewis Johnson, was born in London, Kentucky on December 6, 1924, and passed away at her home near Bloomfield, Missouri on February 23, 2020, at the age of 95 years, 2 months and 17 days. She had lived in Bloomfield since 1948. She attended the Trinity United Methodist Church in Bloomfield. On August 18, 1945, she married James W. Patrick in Indianapolis, Indiana. He preceded her in death on September 13, 2010. Surviving are two sons , James Randall Patrick and wife Delilah of Festus, Mickey Patrick and wife Roberta of Bloomfield; three daughters, Linda Patrick of Bloomfield, Alice Patrick of Puxico, Evelyn Green and husband Terry of Dexter; ten grandchildren; twenty-seven great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; three brothers, H. L, James, & Wayne Johnson all of Campbellsburg, Indiana. Other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by five sisters and two brothers. Friends may visit on Thursday, February 27, 2020, after 11:00 am at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri until time of services at 12:00 pm with the Rev. Steve Koerner of Bloomfield officiating. Interment will follow at the Walker Cemetery near Bloomfield with Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home of Bloomfield, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
