Harold Frank Robinson, I, son of the late Otis Melton, and Zelma McElwrath Robinson, was born in Holcomb, Missouri on, September 28,1929, and passed away at the John J Pershing VA Medical Center Poplar Bluff, Missouri on March 16, 2013, at the age of 83 years.
Frank lived in the Kennett and Malden area for many years, before moving to Dexter in 1977. He had been a business owner, was a member of the Church of Christ and a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Surviving are two sons, Daniel Robinson of Dexter, Missouri, Robbie Robinson of Jonesboro, Arkansas, two stepdaughters; Lona Slinkard of Bloomfield, Missouri; Victoria Thomas, of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; one brother, Leonard Robinson of Campbell, Missouri; one sister Jerris Ann Harper of Springfield, Missouri. Other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by one son Harold Frank Robinson II, one sister, Louise Richardson, two brothers, Chester Earl and Eudell Robinson.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Tuesday March 19, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Dunklin County Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett, Missouri with Bro. Johnny Hester, of Sikeston, Missouri officiating.
Interment will follow in the Dunklin County Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Kennett Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
