Gladys Page
Gladys Page, daughter of the late James Louis and Lillian Agusta Beights Hodge, was born in Asherville, Missouri on August 19, 1921, and passed away at the Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri on February 7, 2013, at the age of 91 years, 5 months and 19 days.
She was a life long resident of Puxico and attended services at the Hobbs Chapel Church in Dudley. She enjoyed Quilting, Reading and enjoyed her time with her family.
On April 6, 1946, she was married to Donald Paul Page in Bloomfield, Missouri. He preceded her in death on July 14, 1981.
Surviving are son, Terry (Kendra) Page of Puxico, Missouri; six daughters, Helen Buschman of Eldon, Missouri, Virginia Caldwell and Verna Page both of Jefferson City, Missouri, Karen Page of Tuscumbia, Missouri, Linda Huber of Poplar Bluff, Missouri and Janet Bonnot of Jefferson City, Missouri. Thirteen grandchildren and Fourteen great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren One brother: Harry Hodge of The Villages, Florida and Two sisters: Violet Crain of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and Lillian Adams of Kansas City, Kansas. Other family and friends also survive. She is preceded in death by one grandson Scott Caldwell, Two brothers Dale and Jim Hodge and one sister Mary Webster.
Visitation will be held on Sunday February 10, 2013 after 1:00 PM at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Puxico, Missouri.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday February 10, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the Watkins and Sons Chapel in Puxico, Missouri with Rev. Kent Miller of Poplar Bluff, Missouri officiating.
Interment will follow in the Puxico Cemetery in Puxico, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Puxico in charge of arrangements.
