Evelyn Renee Martinez Evelyn Renee Martinez passed peacefully in the arms of family on August 24, 2022. She was born at 7:13 p.m. and met the eyes of Jesus at 7:14 p.m. the same day. Evelyn was the daughter of Lucas Guadualupe and Adriana Gabriela (Franco) Martinez. Her paternal grandparents are Evelia and Balentin Martinez of Guatemala; and maternal grandparents Heather and Arturo Franco of Sikeston, Missouri. Evelyn is also survived by two aunts Rebeca Franco of Sikeston, Missouri, Monica Franco of Campbell, Missouri; five uncles Cruz Franco of Sikeston, Missouri, Sam Franco of Sikeston, Missouri, Kaleb Brenna of Campbell, Missouri, Morel Martinez of Dexter, Missouri, Nery Martinez of Dexter, Missouri; one cousin Elliot Brenna of Campbell, Missouri as well as a host of family. Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 28, 2022 at 12:00 for the family until the time of service at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, August 28, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri with Pastor Charles Robertson of Bloomfield officiating. Burial to follow in the Dexter Cemetery in Dexter, Missouri and Watkins and Sons Funeral Home of Dexter is in charge of all arrangements.
