Eula Baca

Eula Faye Baca, daughter of the late Samuel Jasper and Esta Ruth Jones Harmon, was born in Manilla, Arkansas on October 27, 1933, and passed away at the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri on April 14, 2014, at the age of 80 years. Mrs. Baca had lived in Lubbock, Texas, where she was a dietary manager for a nursing home, she moved to Bloomfield in 1997. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bloomfield. On June 13, 1981, she was married to Claudio H. Baca in Lubbock, Texas. Surviving are her husband, Claudio H. Baca of Bloomfield, Missouri; one daughter, Ruth Strickland of Bloomfield, Missouri; one son, Larry Harmon of Dexter, Missouri; thirteen grandchildren; many great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren. Other relatives and many friends also survive. She was preceded in death by three daughters, Larmie, Jenny and Kathy; four sisters, Vera, Zerah, Glowesta and Josephine; and two brothers, Denver and Jasper. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, April 17, 2014, at the First Baptist Church in Bloomfield with Steve Morrison of Bloomfield officiating.
