Dorothy M. Pullam, of Aurora, Colorado, formerly of Dexter, daughter of the late Lowell and Neva Irene Green Ragsdel, was born in Bloomfield, Missouri on December 21, 1933, passed away at her home in Aurora, Colorado on June 27, 2019, at the age of 85 years, 6 months and 6 days.
Dorothy had lived in Missouri, Michigan, Illinois, Colorado and Ohio before moving to Dexter in 2000. She had been a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Dexter and was a member of the Faith Christian Assermbly in Colorado.
On May 24, 1952, she married Jimmie Pullam in Pocahontas, Arkansas. He preceded her in death on June 9, 2004.
Surviving are one son, Stanley Ray Pullam of Bloomington, Illinois; one daughter, Karen Joyce Holstein of Aurora, Colorado; seventeen grandchildren; several great grandchildren; one brother, Donald Gene Ragsdel of Dexter; and one sister, Ineva Barker of Dexter.. Other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon Lee Ramirez, and one brother, Jerome Ragsdel.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 5, 2019 after 10:00 am at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter until time of services at 1:00 pm at the Watkins & Sons Chapel with the Rev. Mike Kohlbaker of Dexter officiating.
Interment will follow in the Hagy Cemetery in Dexter with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service in charge of arrangements.
