Dora Jackson, daughter of the late Earl and Eula Bradford Wolfe, was born in Como, Mississippi on November 2, 1914, and passed away in Bloomfield, Missouri on May 31, 2007, at the age of 92 years, 6 months and 29 days.
Mrs. Jackson had lived in Como, Mississippi before moving to Dexter, Missouri in 1941. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Dexter, Missouri.
On November 20, 1936, she was married to Cullen Jackson in Como, Mississippi. He preceded her in death on January 19, 1993.
Surviving are one daughter, Earlene Jackson of Dexter, Missouri; two sons, Bob Jackson of Imperial, Missouri, Eugene Jackson of Bloomfield, Missouri; 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; two sisters, Ida Childress and Mildred Gamble both of Mississippi. Other relatives and many friends also survive. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Esteen and Curtis Wolfe, and one sister, Bess Lee Maple.
Friends may call on Saturday, June 2, 2007, from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, June 3, 2007, at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter, Missouri with the Rev. Mike Kohlbaker of Dexter, Missouri officiating.
Interment will follow in the Hagy Cemetery in Dexter, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
