Donna Faye Curry, daughter of the late William Edward "Bill" and Opal Mae Lacey Tarrants, was born in Charter Oak, Missouri on June 7, 1937, and passed away at her home in Morehouse, Missouri on May 15, 2013, at the age of 75 years, 11 months and 5 days.
She had lived in Morhehouse, Missouri most of her life. She was a member of the Faith General Baptist Church in Morehouse.
On October 17, 1974, she was married to Bill Curry in Drew, Mississippi.
Surviving are her husband, Bill Curry of Morehouse, Missouri; two sons, Dennis Andrew Jenkins of O'Fallon, Missouri, William Jenkins of Morehouse; two daughters, Connie McClure of Arnold, Missouri, Michelle Creamer of St. Louis Co., Missouri; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren; three brothers, John E. Tarrants of St. Louis, Missouri, Billy E. Tarrants of Houston, Missouri, and Mike E. Tarrants of Cape Girardeau. Other relatives and many friends also survive. She was preceded in death by one son in infancy, James Darren Jenkins; two sisters, Marilyn Ceplina and Lavada Greer.
Friends may call after 1:00 PM on Friday, May 17, 2013, at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri.
Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM on Friday, May 17 , 2013, at the Missouri Veteran's Cemetery in Bloomfield with the Rev. Jerry Adams of Sikeston, Missouri officiating.
Interment will follow in the Missouri Veteran's Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
