Donis Wheetley

Donis Jean Wheetley Donis Jean Wheetley, the daughter of the late Euell Lee and Ruby Mazell Hodge Page, was born in Puxico, Missouri on August 1, 1939, and passed away at her home in Puxico, Missouri on December 30, 2010, at the age of 71. She had lived in Puxico area most all her life and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Puxico. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her grandchildren. On August 30, 1957 she was married to Kenneth Wheetley. He preceded her in death on October 12, 1991. Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law: Rick and Tammy Wheetley of Puxico, Missouri. Two sisters and brother-in-laws: Mary Lou and Hobart Scott of Puxico, Missouri and Dorothy and Darrell Callahan of Festus, Missouri. Two Grandsons and wives: Juston and Niki Wheetley and Cody and Sara Wheetley. One Grandaughter Janell Wheetley. One Great-Grandson: Bryce Wheetley and One Great-Grandaughter: Aly Wheetley. Other relatives and friends also survive. Visitation will be Sunday, January 2, 2011, after 6:00 PM at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Puxico. Services will be held Monday, January 3, 2011, at 10:00 AM in the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Puxico with the Pastor Phil Bray of Puxico, Missouri officiating. Interment will be in the Rock Hill Cemetery in near Puxico, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Puxico in charge of arrangements.
