David Ray Oliver of Cape Girardeau, Missouri was born to Phyllis Dale Crain Oliver and the late Lloyd "Ray" Oliver on March 23, 1966 in Dexter, Missouri and passed away on May 7, 2021 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. David had been a resident of Puxico and Cape Girardeau, Missouri he enjoyed music. Survivors include is mother Phyllis Oliver of Cape Girardeau, Missouri; one sister Lisa Mayberry of Fruitland, Missouri. And host of family and friends also survive. David was preceded in death by his father Lloyd "Ray" Oliver. Visitation will be held on Tuesday May 11, 2021, from 11a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Puxico. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday May 11, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Ray Placher of Puxico, Missouri officiating.
