Cozette Williamson
Cozette Williamson, daughter of the late Riley and Wilma "Kate" Robinson Hester, was born in Idalia, Missouri on August 10, 1929, and passed away at her home in Essex, Missouri on July 03, 2009, at the age of 79 years, 10 months and 23 days.
Cozette had lived in the Essex area most all her life. She had retired from Elders Manufacturing and attended church at the South Pleasant Valley Church in Essex, Missouri.
On March 31, 1945, she was married to Parvin Williamson in Bloomfield, Missouri. He preceded her in death on April 13, 1990.
Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law: Parvin (Carolyn) Williamson, Jr. of Dexter, Missouri. One daughter: Wilma McGuire of Essex, Missouri. Three brothers: Dalton Hester of Port Charlotte, Florida, Rudolph Hester of O'Fallon, Missouri and Gary Hester of Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Three sisters: Bonnie Lefler of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, Jackie Eves of Bernie, Missouri and Janice Middgett of Dexter, Missouri. Six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by two sons: Larry Joe and Tim Williamson. Two sisters: Betty Long and Donna Faye Hester. Two brothers: Dale Hester and James Hester.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 6, 2009, at 1:00 PM at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter, Missouri with the Rev. James Malloy of Essex, Missouri officiating.
Interment will follow in the Triplet Cemetery near Dexter, Missouri.
