Christophe Mooy

Chris Mooy, son of the late Henri Anne and Martha Oliva Boom Mooy, was born in Amsterdam, Holland on July 4, 1942, and passed away near Dutchtown, Missouri on March 19, 2010, at the age of 67 years, 8 months and 15 days. Mr. Mooy had lived in Alabama before moving to Bloomfield twelve years ago. He was a retired truck driver and had worked in cemetery sales. Surviving are two daughters, Christine Schatte of Puxico, Missouri, Ann Pullum of Advance, Missouri; two sons, Henry Lee Mooy and Kenny Mooy both of Advance, Missouri; ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two brothers, Dick Mooy of Bonne Terre, Missouri, Henry Mooy of St. Peters, Missouri; one sister, Joan Bonber Harr of Pevely, Missouri; a special friend of 13 years, Mildred Mason of Bloomfield, Missouri. Other relatives and friends also survive. He was preceded in death by one son, Kevin Mooy. Friends may call on Sunday, March 21, 2010, after 11:00 AM at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri. Funeral services will be on Sunday, March 21, 2010, at 2:00 PM in the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri with Derek Mooy officiating. Interment will be in the Bloomfield Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri with Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
