Charles Ray Gallamore, the son of the late Charles Franklin and Myrtle May Scritchfield Gallamore, was born in Shook, Missouri on July 13, 1942, and passed away at his home in Lowndes, Missouri on September 17, 2006, at the age of 64 years, 2 months and 4 days.
He had lived in St. Louis, Missouri for several years before moving to Dexter in 1977. He moved to Lowndes, Missouri in 1986. He had been a heavy eqpuipment operator and mechanic. He loved to fish and hunt.
Surviving are two sons, Charles R. Gallamore, Jr. of Festus, Missouri, Christopher Lenn Gallamore of Greenville, Missouri; two daughters, Sheila Juanita Hendricks of Barton, Arkansas, Angel Shannon Ericks of Lowndes, Missouri; eight grandchildren; one great grandchild; five sisters, Joyce McGee of Greenville, Missouri, Melba Barks of Sullivan, Missouri, Verna Skaggs of Lowndes, Missouri, Lela Douglas of Bloomfield, Missouri, and Deanna Metz of Dexter, Missouri. Other relatives and many friends also survive.
Friends may call on Wednesday, September 20, 2006, from 11:00 AM until service time at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, Missouri.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, September 20, 2006, at the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter, Missouri with Bro. Frankie Radford of Marble Hill, Missouri officiating.
Interment will follow in the Dexter Cemetery in Dexter, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter, Missouri in charge of arrangements.
