Carole Bays

Carole A. Bays, the daughter of Mary Ann Hagar Bays and the late Clarence Gene Bays, was born in West Hamlin, West Virginia, on October 15, 1957, and passed away at the Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri on November 10, 2010, at the age of 53 years and 26 days. She had lived in Dexter and Essex area's most all her life. Surviving are her mother Mary Ann Bays of Michigan. Two Daughters: Tryna Mitchell of Dexter, Missouri and Melissa High of Fisk, Missouri. Two brothers: David and Robert Bays both of Michigan. Five sisters: Penny Akin of Dexter, Missouri, Norma Johnson of West Virginia, Linda Stallings of Michigan, Amy Bays of Michigan, Connie Huffman of Florida. Other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by one brother: Rick Bays. Visitation will be Friday, November 12, 2010, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Dexter. Services will be held Friday, November 12, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. in the Watkins & Sons Chapel in Dexter with the Rev. James Malloy of Essex, Missouri officiating. Interment will be in the Hagy Cemetery in Dexter, Missouri with Watkins & Sons Funeral Service of Dexter in charge of arrangements.
